Returns Policy

Thank you for buying from our store. 

We always take pride in our product quality and our strict quality control. In order to provide you with maximum peace of mind, we offer 30 Days Return Warranty. Defective merchandises are subject to refund within 30 days after delivery, these defective problems are including but not limited to stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, very poor quality materials, obvious color difference, and the major difference between the photographed product and the actual product you have received. If your package is missing products, or it is damaged, please keep the outer package so we can check the information. Otherwise, we can't help you.

Return/Exchange Process

  1. All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and there will be no refund.
  2. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
  3. For the Return&Exchange shipping fee:

we are not liable for return shipping fees under the following: Size doesn't fit or customer‘s subjective factors and just dislikes the item.

We will undertake the return&exchange shipping fee for the defective merchandises

  1. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.

Please email our customer service representatives at support@julietoi.com to get a return authorization and return address, stating your order number and reason for return.(Note: Do not mail back to the original address. The return mailing address will be provided by email after submitting the application.)

Refund: You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email).

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel the order, please contact us (support@julietoi.com)and provide your order number and state the reason.

  1. For orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.
  2. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for return after receiving the package.
  3. Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email)
